BTS takes first step in South America tour... Jin wearing Jungkook T-shirt 'cheerful departure'

BTS appeared at the departure hall of Incheon International Airport on September 30th. On that day, the eldest member Jin attracted the attention of reporters and fans by wearing a T-shirt printed with the face of the youngest member Jungkook. The members laughed while pointing at Jin’s T-shirt, and Jungkook also couldn’t hold back his laughter. BTS departed that day for their South America tour. This tour is part of the ’BTS WORLD TOUR ’ARIRANG’’. The concerts held on the 2nd and 3rd at Estadio El Campín in Bogotá, Colombia, attracted 100,000 spectators over the two days. The local media outlet Rolling Stone en aespa described it as ″the concert an entire generation has been waiting for the most,″ calling it one of Colombia’s major cultural events of the year. They also stated, ″BTS met expectations and exceeded them in many moments.″ The next tour stop is Lima, Peru. BTS is scheduled to perform at Estadio San Marcos on the 7th and from the 9th to the 10th. In Lima, the Santiago de Surco district named Sacramento Street ″BTS Avenue″ from the 5th to the 11th and installed a special sign. Events for BTS are also taking place at major tourist attractions. The Arco Morisco in Surco Friendship Park features a nightly light show with purple lighting, and at the Fountain of Fantasies, a fountain show combining BTS themed music, lights, and water screens is being held.
