Due to his resignation from the director position, Jung Woo-sung’s shares, which were previously reported combined with Lee Jung-jae’s holdings, will now be reported separately under his own name. No specific explanation has been given regarding the background of Jung Woo-sung’s resignation. He is still active as an actor affiliated with Artist Company. Artist Company is a company co-founded by Jung Woo-sung and Lee Jung-jae.
