TWS Kyungmin and Jihoon reveal 'NEON' dance cover...SNS 'Minihooni' trend

TWS members Kyungmin and Jihoon released a video covering a portion of the choreography for rookie group A2O LITE’s debut song ″NEON″ on their official SNS on October 15. In the video, the two performed choreography matching the song. ″NEON″ is the debut song of A2O LITE under A2O Entertainment, released on the 13th, and it quickly ranked high on major music charts, including the Melon main chart TOP 100. On the 15th, Kyungmin shared on the fan communication platform Weverse, ″How do you like SIDEs’ NEON? As soon as it came out, I was like, wow, this is crazy... and I watched it about 50 times. I thought SIDEs would really like it if I did it with Jihoon hyung, so I thought about it for a day and told him today. Then Jihoon hyung said, ’Sounds good! Shall we?’ We quickly practiced and filmed it about three times.″ Jihoon also said on Weverse, ″Actually, since I’ve shown a lot of dance every time, I wondered if people might feel a bit reluctant these days? But I’m happy. Still, if Kyungmin wants to do it, I’m ready to go.″ He added, ″These days, I want to become a cooler person. I want to keep nurturing the dreams I’ve had, do well at everything, succeed proudly, and also fall and fail proudly. Maybe that’s even more valuable. SIDEs are surely spending their best days somewhere I can’t see, so I’ll also cheer up while preparing for the comeback and doing various things. Honestly, I haven’t really had a hard time. Comebacks are good. Let’s do it again.″ This is not the first time Kyungmin and Jihoon have gained attention under the nickname ″Minihooni.″ The two also performed the ″SHIFT″ unit stage at TWS’s second solo concert held on June 28 at KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and participated in choreography composition and top line work. At that time, Jihoon said, ″Let’s do everything we can do together (with Kyungmin). Let’s squeeze it all out. Thank you for the positive response,″ and Kyungmin said, ″We said let’s create our best stage ever. I was so happy.″ TWS will make a comeback on November 2 at 6 PM with the new release ″TO US.″ This new release is the first new song released domestically since April’s ″NO TRAGEDY.″ Through ″TO US,″ which shares the same pronunciation as the group name, the members plan to deliver a self-confessional message. After the release of ″NO TRAGEDY,″ TWS achieved first-week million-seller status and sold out all seats at the KSPO DOME in June. They also gained attention through activities for the title track ″OVERDRIVE″ from last year’s mini-album 4, ″play hard.″
