SBS Friday-Saturday drama ’Good Partner 2’ is set to premiere on November 20th at 9:50 PM. In season 2, Jang Nara and Kim Hyeyoon will play the roles of Cha Eun-kyung, the lead lawyer of the law firm Reborn, and Kang Hye-sung, a lawyer with five years of experience, respectively. Both characters specialize in divorce cases and become good partners to resolve various divorce issues. In this season, Nam Ji-hyun, who played Han Yoo-ri, Cha Eun-kyung’s partner in season 1, has left the cast, and Kim Hyeyoon has newly joined, promising a new work romance with Jang Nara. Kang Hye-sung, portrayed by Kim Hyeyoon, is an experienced lawyer with a winning streak in civil and criminal cases who joins the law firm Reborn with a special passion for divorce cases. Pyo Ji-hoon returns as Jeon Eun-ho from season 1. Jeon Eun-ho is a lawyer who moved to the law firm Reborn with Cha Eun-kyung and is loved by colleagues and clients for his friendly personality and excellent interpersonal skills. In season 2, he plays the role of a ″human interpreter″ who moderates Cha Eun-kyung’s straightforward way of speaking. Park Hae-jin appears as Park Tae-soo, the lead lawyer of the law firm Taesoo. Park Tae-soo is Cha Eun-kyung’s college classmate and a star lawyer with 200,000 subscribers, competing with Cha Eun-kyung for the top spot in divorce specialization. At the script reading session, Jang Nara, Kim Hyeyoon, Pyo Ji-hoon, Park Hae-jin, and others delivered passionate performances that felt like a real battle. The production team revealed that season 2 will feature more intense divorce cases, diverse strategies from the lawyers, and intriguingly changed character relationships. ’Good Partner 2’ consists of 16 episodes, with the script written by writer Choi Yuna and directed by director Seo Min-jung.
