BTS to Hold 'The City' in Singapore for the Longest Duration Ever in December...Tourism Board Announces "Largest Scale Collaboration"

BTS will hold the city project ″The City Arirang Singapore″ in Singapore from December 1 to 31, in connection with their world tour. This project was organized in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board, with major local tourism and cultural institutions such as Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Singapore National Gallery, National Museum of Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa, Sentosa Development Corporation, and Calang Group participating as partner organizations. ″The City″ is a project that offers experiential content linked to performances in cities where BTS’s world tour takes place. It began in Seoul last March and has been held in Las Vegas, Busan, London, New York, and other cities. ″The City Arirang″ in Singapore is the first to be held in Southeast Asia and will operate for the longest period of one month among all previous ″The City″ projects. The Singapore Tourism Board stated, ″This is the largest city-wide project in collaboration with a single artist,″ and added, ″We are proud to present this special experience.″ They also explained that this event demonstrates Singapore’s capability to attract a global IP. BTS will start the Asia leg of their world tour ″BTS WORLD TOUR ’ARIRANG’″ on November 19 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The Singapore concerts will be held four times at the National Stadium on December 17, 19, 20, and 22, marking the highest number of performances in a single city on this Asia tour.
