XIAOJUN to release first mini album 'Hey, Somebody' on the 26th...musical-style performance anticipated

XIAOJUN will release his first solo mini-album, ″Hey, Somebody,″ on the 26th at 12 PM through various music sites. This album includes a total of five tracks, featuring the title track ″Hey, Somebody″ in Chinese and English versions. The title track ″Hey, Somebody″ is a mid-tempo song that combines energetic drum beats, groovy piano, organic nylon guitar, and rhythmic bass lines. The lyrics tell the story of a person who once felt like a ″Nobody″ but finds their direction and becomes a ″Somebody,″ discovering true value in the process. XIAOJUN’s bright and lively vocals emphasize the song’s positive atmosphere. The performance is characterized by a colorful composition reminiscent of a musical and relaxed choreography by XIAOJUN and the dancers. Movements directly suggested by XIAOJUN are also included, enhancing the song’s cheerful and enjoyable vibe. An intro film that offers a preview of the album’s mood was released on the WayV YouTube channel at midnight on the 19th. The video alternates between scenes of people finding comfort in their own ways and XIAOJUN playing the piano and singing. Meanwhile, WayV, the group to which XIAOJUN belongs, is currently holding their third concert tour, ″2026 WayV CONCERT TOUR [BORN THIS Way].″ They have completed performances in Seoul, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Xiamen, and Guangzhou, and will continue the tour in Beijing, Shanghai, Yokohama, and other cities.
