However, due to local weather and sea conditions making landing difficult, the performance has been postponed."This performance was planned to commemorate Dokdo Day on October 25th and to raise awareness of the importance of Korea's western maritime territory. Kim Jang-hoon, along with the band "Hanguk Saram," planned to land on Bukgyeokryeolbi Island and perform a live concert. Real-time live broadcasts were also prepared through various channels, including Kim Jang-hoon's official YouTube and Chungnam TV YouTube.Gyeokryeolbiyeolto consists of three islands: Bukgyeokryeolbi Island, Donggyeokryeolbi Island, and Seogyeokryeolbi Island, all belonging to Geunheung-myeon, Taean-gun, Chungnam.Among these, Seogyeokryeolbi Island serves as the baseline for Korea's western territorial waters and is also known by the nickname "Dokdo of the West Sea" due to its strategic and geographical importance. In the past, attempts by foreign capital to purchase the islands highlighted the importance of managing maritime territory.Kim Jang-hoon planned this performance to inform the public about the meaning and value of Gyeokryeolbiyeolto, which is relatively unfamiliar to them. He had previously stated, "Just as I have strived to raise awareness of the importance of Dokdo, I now want to inform more people about the value of Korea's islands, including Gyeokryeolbiyeolto in the West Sea."Considering the safety of the site, Kim Jang-hoon has postponed the performance and plans to attempt the landing again in November to present the first-ever popular music stage in history.jiyoon-1031@tf.co.kr[Entertainment Department | ssent@tf.co.kr]
