Young Tak fan club donates 4 million won to commemorate the 3rd full album 'GOGO'...supporting children in vulnerable groups

Fans of singer Young Tak continue to support vulnerable children and elderly living alone through various donations and volunteer activities. Some members of Young Tak’s official fan club, Young Tak & Blues, commemorated the release of the third full album ’GOGO’ by donating 4 million won, accumulated over two years using Happy Bean beans collected through Naver blog activities, to the social welfare foundation Yeolmae Nanum Foundation on October 27, 2026. This donation will be used for living expenses, housing costs, and medical expenses for children’s families facing sudden crises. A representative of Yeolmae Nanum Foundation stated, ″The more vulnerable the group, the greater the difficulties they face in sudden crisis situations,″ and added, ″We will do our best to help children’s families in crisis overcome difficulties and restore their daily lives.″ Previously, Young Tak & Blues fans donated 3 million won collected with Happy Bean beans to the social welfare foundation Warm Companion on August 25, 2024, to celebrate the release of the mini-album ’Super Super.’ The donation was used for fundraising to support elderly people living alone ahead of Chuseok. This donation was made more meaningful as not only fans but also other bloggers who sympathized with the cause participated. Additionally, the fan group Santak Close, supporting Young Tak, collaborated with the Wooyang Foundation to provide meal-sharing activities for 80 elderly people living alone in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province. In this activity, which has continued for three years, lunch consisting of dishes such as stir-fried squid and pork, grilled short rib patties, and beef radish soup was provided, and the elderly spent time socializing while eating together. Before the meal, a rhythmic movement program to Young Tak’s songs was conducted under the guidance of a professional instructor. Elderly participants were also given Young Tak’s new album and soy milk shakes when returning home. Santak Close is a fan community that voluntarily continues donations and volunteer activities, carrying out various activities such as birthday celebration support for elderly living alone and sharing rice and rice cakes during holidays in cooperation with the Wooyang Foundation. Young Tak has released the third full album ’GOGO’ and the title track ’Kkeokgeo,’ continuing various activities including music shows and short-form content. ’Kkeokgeo’ ranked first on KBS 2TV ’Music Bank’ K-Chart for the fourth week of September and topped the YouTube Shorts popular songs weekly chart from October 16 to 22. After completing solo concerts ’TAK SHOW5’ in Seoul and Jeonju, Young Tak will continue performances in Daegu (November 28–29), Incheon (December 19–20), and Busan (January 16–17, 2027). Young Tak is also active as an MC on tvN’s humanities variety show ’Naked History.’
