Fin.K.L officially announces full group activities after 21 years... diverse activities over 2 years

As Fin.K.L prepares to reunite as a complete group for the first time in 21 years, a photo taken 24 years ago in a recording studio has been revealed. Composer Yoo Jung-yeon posted on her SNS on the 27th, saying, ″A photo taken with Fin.K.L members while Hyori was writing lyrics and I was recording a song I composed at Booming Studio. This was already 24 years ago,″ along with the photo. The photo shows Yoo Jung-yeon together with LEE HYO RI, Ok Joo-hyun, Lee Jin, and Sung Yu-ri, the four members of Fin.K.L. The members are looking at the camera in casual outfits, showing their fresh beauty. LEE HYO RI is wearing a hat, Ok Joo-hyun has long straight hair, and Lee Jin and Sung Yu-ri are smiling brightly. This photo is known to have been taken during the recording of the title track ″Forever″ from Fin.K.L’s fourth full album released in 2002. ″Forever″ was written by LEE HYO RI, with Yoo Jung-yeon responsible for composition and arrangement. The song, which combines heartfelt lyrics about love and waiting with the members’ emotional voices, received much love. LEE HYO RI revealed on the Mnet show ’LEE HYO RI Show’ aired in May 2013 that she started writing lyrics during her time with Fin.K.L, saying, ″I slowly started writing lyrics when I was with Fin.K.L. I was girlish back then, but I still receive royalties from that song.″ It was disclosed that royalties have continued to be paid for ″Forever,″ released in 2002, even 11 years later. In September, Fin.K.L announced that the four members LEE HYO RI, Ok Joo-hyun, Lee Jin, and Sung Yu-ri have reunited and are preparing for full group activities. This marks about 21 years since their digital single ″Forever Fin.K.L″ in 2005. Gemstone E&M, which is in charge of planning and managing the project, plans to present various activities such as new music, performances, documentaries, variety shows, exhibitions, and brand collaborations over the next two years, with the intention to continue activities until their 30th anniversary in 2028. Recently, the members have shared photos from dance practice rooms and expressed their gratitude by acknowledging gifts from fans.
