Lee Seung-gi, solo concert sold out for 3 days in 13 years... heated up Seoul in October with 'Giseungjeon:樂'

Lee Seung-gi held a solo concert titled ’2026 Lee Seung-gi Concert ’ for the first time in about 13 years, meeting with fans. The event took place over three days, from the 23rd to the 25th, at Blue Square Our WON Banking Hall in Seoul. ’Gi Seung Jeon: Music’ was Lee Seung-gi’s first official solo concert since 2013, adding significance as it was a stage presented after a long time. The concert title combines ’Gi Seung Jeon (起承轉)’, which refers to the flow of a story, and ’樂 (Music)’, symbolizing that various scenes of Lee Seung-gi’s life reconnect with the audience through music. Tickets for the performances on October 24th and 25th sold out within three minutes of opening, drawing great attention. As a result, an additional show was added, allowing the artist to meet the audience over a total of three days. Despite the full sell-out, the seating arrangement was set with about 10% fewer seats than the official capacity to ensure the audience could enjoy the concert more comfortably. Lee Seung-gi opened the concert with ’OVERTURE’ and performed hit songs such as ’Don’t Forget, Remember, Don’t Be Late’, ’Hard to Say’, ’Delete’, and ’Rewind’. In the latter part of the show, the atmosphere shifted with band sounds and rocking music, including songs like ’Like a Flower’ and ’Smile Boy’. The audience sang along and enjoyed the stage until the very end. The music director for this concert was Captain Planet (guitarist Lee Byung Ho and keyboardist Choi Soo Ji), who has maintained a musical relationship with Lee Seung-gi for 15 years. Captain Planet also performed as part of the Lee Seung-gi band, showcasing the synergy of their long-term collaboration. At the end of the concert, Lee Seung-gi expressed gratitude to the audience, saying, ″There are times in life when we feel tired and struggling. At those moments, just knowing someone is by my side gives me great strength. I sincerely thank you for being a great support to me today.″
