A2O LITE wins four music show awards with 'NEON' just 13 days after debut... No. 1 on Melon and Circle charts

A2O LITE (Young, Oa, Ayun, Aiching, Himeki, Rada, Siri, Bora, Merci) stood out on domestic and international music charts and broadcasts with their debut song ″NEON.″ On the 25th, they took first place on SBS’s ″Inkigayo,″ marking their first number one on a terrestrial music show. Previously, they also ranked first on SBS Life’s ″The Show″ on the 20th, MBC M’s ″Show Champion″ on the 21st, and Mnet’s ″M Countdown″ on the 22nd, achieving four music show wins within 13 days of their debut. A2O LITE held their debut show on the 12th and officially released the digital single ″NEON″ on the 13th. This success was achieved solely with a digital single, without a physical album. On the ″Inkigayo″ stage, the members performed synchronized choreography that changed formations according to the song’s progression, including a pair dance in the introduction. After the announcement of their first-place win, they performed a live encore stage. The popularity of ″NEON″ continued on music charts. It reached number one on Melon’s TOP100 within 29 hours of release and maintained the top spot for 11 consecutive days from the 15th to the 25th. It also ranked first on the Circle Chart’s 42nd week Global K-pop Chart and Digital Chart. Internationally, it ranked 4th on Apple Music Global Top 100, first on China’s QQ Music New Songs, Popular Songs, and Music Video charts, and placed high on Spotify Korea’s daily chart and Shazam Korea’s chart. The performance video spread online through various secondary creations. In particular, the introductory pair choreography performed by Aiching and Siri gained popularity as short-form content, with many videos imitating or reinterpreting it. In their acceptance speech, A2O LITE said, ″We are happy and still in disbelief to receive so much love shortly after our debut.
