"I am SOLO" Season 34 Youngchul declares all-in to Hyunsook... Hyunsook is also interested in Youngho

In the 34th season of ″I Am Solo,″ Youngchul was seen focusing his feelings on Hyunsook. The episode aired on the 28th on ENA and SBS Plus featured the 34th season participants getting to know each other until the second night during the special episode for families with multiple children. After his date with Hyunsook, Youngchul declared that his desire to get to know the other participants had largely faded, effectively committing himself to Hyunsook. In an interview, he revealed, ″When Hyunsook was struggling with car sickness, I wished I could take the pain for her. It felt like a family member was in pain.″ He also confessed in a one-on-one conversation with Youngja that ″my feelings have leaned more toward Hyunsook.″ In the shared living room, Youngchul received advice from Jungsook after mentioning the details of his date with Hyunsook and her true feelings in front of several people. Jungsook said, ″Honestly, it was a bit inappropriate for Youngchul to talk about that (the date with Hyunsook) in the shared living room,″ adding that bringing up Hyunsook’s story in front of many people could be burdensome for her. Youngchul showed signs of regret in response. When Hyunsook was washing dishes with Youngho, Youngchul could not hide his anxiety. In an interview, he said, ″Seeing Hyunsook washing dishes with Youngho made me think, ’She’s trying to get to know Youngho,’ and I felt jealous.″ Meanwhile, regarding his decision to end things with Youngja, Youngchul said, ″If I had to put it simply, it was like a 2-to-1 situation where I was the dominant party and Hyunsook was the subordinate. By ending things with Youngja, I felt like I fell into the subordinate’s pit.″ He continued, ″I think I could meet other women outside, but I don’t think I could meet Hyunsook outside. My family isn’t well-off, but Hyunsook’s family seems to be. She even has a foreign car,″ referring to Hyunsook’s family background. The episode also showed various other participants’ stories, including Youngho having one-on-one conversations after being chosen by Youngsook, Jungsook, and Sunja; a date between Sangchul and Oksun; and the ″Lonely Trio″ Youngsoo, Kwangsoo, and Youngsik seeking advice from their families. Sunja kept her options open by talking with Sangchul after Youngho, and Youngsook named Youngsoo as a new person she was interested in. ″I Am Solo″ airs every Wednesday at 10:30 PM.
