Jun Hyun-moo, "I've done every program that invited me"... Trust shaken amid controversy over appearances

Jun Hyun-moo expressed his conviction about his broadcasting activities, saying, ″I have done all the programs that have approached me.″ He shared this thought while heading to Drumheller, Canada, with Lee Joon and Lee Joo-bin on the 7th episode of MBN’s ″This is Hyunmoo Road.″ In the broadcast, Lee Joon emphasized the importance of consistently following one’s path, saying, ″Whether you succeed or not is not something we can decide. Ultimately, the winner is the one who acted until they died.″ Jun Hyun-moo agreed with this and revealed that he has appeared on all the programs that have approached him. Jun Hyun-moo has appeared on various entertainment programs across multiple broadcasters and currently has 11 regular appearances. Recently, several programs he appears on have been embroiled in controversies. On MBC’s ″I Live Alone,″ the Kazakhstan impromptu trip episode faced allegations of manipulation regarding prior preparation. Although Jun Hyun-moo was shown deciding the travel destination spontaneously on the broadcast, it was revealed that the production team submitted a filming permit to Incheon International Airport Corporation containing a scenario with the Kazakhstan itinerary and dialogues. The production team admitted there was prior preparation but stated that the choice of travel destination was made spontaneously. Controversy also arose on MBN and Channel S’s ″Jun Hyun-moo Plan 4.″ In a recent episode, scenes that allowed viewers to infer the name and location of a restaurant owned by a 74-year-old owner who refused filming were broadcast, drawing criticism. There were calls to respect the owner’s refusal to be filmed. On JTBC’s ″Talk Reporter 25 Hours,″ Jun Hyun-moo recommended a restaurant in Istanbul, Turkey, and while describing the food, he said, ″I haven’t been there. It’s a place I’ve never seen before,″ which drew complaints from the cast. Meanwhile, with Jun Hyun-moo having 11 regular program appearances, a YouTuber once estimated his per-episode appearance fee to be 7 to 8 million won and his annual income to be about 4 billion won. However, this is not an officially confirmed income but an individual’s estimate.
