BTS Jimin Father Cafe 'JMillennial' closes after one year... Promises remaining memories

The cafe ’ZM-ILLENNIAL’ in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, operated by BTS member Jimin’s father, is scheduled to close one year from now. The cafe recently announced on its official SNS, ″From today, there are 365 days left to be with you,″ signaling its closure in a year. They also expressed sincere gratitude to everyone who has visited, cherished, and continuously shown unwavering interest and love. The cafe first opened in 2019 under the name ’MAGNATE’ and was taken over by Jimin’s father a few months later. Since then, there have been disputes over the trade name rights and the cafe’s business operations, and in 2024, the name was changed to ’ZM-ILLENNIAL.’ Inside the cafe, BTS-related memorabilia and artworks are displayed, attracting fans from both domestic and international locations, making it a popular spot among fans. Meanwhile, rumors of conflicts surrounding the cafe have resurfaced. In the past, a foreign creator claimed that Jimin’s father was under considerable stress due to conflicts with the landlord and issues with nearby store operations, but the accuracy of this claim has not been verified. The cafe has not officially commented on any connection between the decision to close and the conflict rumors.
