We prepared with one heart and mind to live up to everyone's expectations. It also motivated us by giving us a pleasant sense of tension. We will show you a more solid and grown RESCENE, so please show us a lot of interest."'PULSE,' the ambitious new work by the more solid RESCENE, is an album that captures the moment when the song sung to you returns as a voice that lifts you up again. It expresses the pulse from the moment of awakening with 'you' who makes dreams come true, the overwhelming moments on stage, and each member's daily life through music. The album includes 5 songs: the title track 'With,' 'Finest Thing,' 'Inside Out,' 'MEME,' and 'Dragon.'Wonhee explained, "'PULSE' means heartbeat. Just like that, this album expresses how our RESCENE's heart beats strongly while being with 'you'."RESCENE's signature 'scent theme' continues in this 'PULSE.' Minami added, "The theme scent for 'PULSE' is musk. It's a scent that resembles body temperature and seeps into the body the longer it stays, so I thought it would go well with this album."The title track 'With' is a song that captures the moment of running towards the voice calling me and facing 'you' whom I've long dreamed of. The song depicts a gradually accelerating heartbeat, progressing from a lyrical intro to a powerful chorus.'PULSE' includes 5 songs: the title track 'With,' 'Finest Thing,' 'Inside Out,' 'MEME,' and 'Dragon.' Especially in the performance, we practiced as one to show our five members' teamwork. There are many synchronized movements, and the synergy that comes from them is significant, so please look forward to it."Another noteworthy song on this album is 'Baekhwyoran (Inside Out).' 'Baekhwyoran' is a phrase that member Minami wrote herself in calligraphy for YouTube, and it is considered a symbolic word for RESCENE among fans.Minami shared her feelings, "Baek Hwa Yo Ran is a phrase I truly love, so I wrote it as my goal for the year. The CEO then turned it into a wonderful song. It feels very surreal and happy that a phrase I truly love has become a song for RESCENE."The reason for the public's attention on this album is, of course, its record-breaking reverse run. When RESCENE released their third mini-album 'lip bomb' in November last year, they were considered merely a "promising mid-tier idol" group. However, starting in April 2026, they succeeded in a reverse run and have now emerged as the most talked-about girl group in the K-pop scene. As such, people are keenly focused on what kind of music they will present with their new album.RESCENE has stated their goal for this promotion period is to make their music and scent more clearly imprinted on people's minds. /Reporter Kim Sung-ryeolWonhee said, "We are aware that many people are looking forward to this album. That's why we wanted to show new sides through our music and performance. We hope that the phrase 'You can trust RESCENE's music' will be firmly established through this album."Minami added, "The standard of success is different for everyone. For us, besides our rankings, our goal is to firmly imprint our music and scent on people. We believe we are currently in the process of achieving that goal. We hope you will watch our gradual growth warmly."Of course, they were full of ambition to reach even greater heights.Minami said, "We often tell each other not to lose our initial resolve and to do our best in every moment. It's about moving forward at all times."Wonhee then stated with firm determination, "'Miracle' is something truly difficult to achieve. Yet, we are being called 'the miracle of mid-tier idols.' We want to be a group that achieves another miracle, not stopping here."RESCENE will release their fourth mini-album 'PULSE' on various music sites at 6 PM on the 3rd. Following this, they will hold a fan showcase at the Our WON Banking Hall, Blue Square, Yongsan-gu, Seoul at 8 PM on the 3rd and perform 'With.'laugardagr@tf.co.kr[Entertainment Department | ssent@tf.co.kr]
