K-beauty brand rom&nd has selected Wonhee of ILLIT as its new brand ambassador, marking a collaboration rooted in the idol’s long-standing reputation as a dedicated makeup enthusiast. The appointment coincides with the launch of rom&nd’s latest product line, a nude tone expansion of its bestselling Glasting Color Gloss series, officially titled the Cream Nude Gloss collection.

Wonhee has been widely known among fans as a “beauty enthusiast idol,” often expressing genuine interest in makeup products and trends. Her relationship with rom&nd predates the official partnership. Last year, Wonhee personally visited the brand’s Seongsu flagship store, Pink Office, where she participated in color mixing for lip glosses. The limited products created during that event were later released through a special crowdfunding project, drawing strong attention from beauty communities.
According to rom&nd, her consistent engagement with the brand played a key role in the decision to appoint her as its new face reflecting the company’s long-held philosophy of building products alongside consumers rather than relying solely on traditional endorsements.
The newly unveiled Cream Nude Gloss line expands rom&nd’s Glasting Color Gloss range with six nude-toned shades, designed to complement softer, natural makeup looks. Two of the shades were personally selected by Wonhee, who is known for favoring muted, creamy nude lip colors in her everyday makeup. The inclusion adds a layer of authenticity to the collaboration, aligning the product development with her personal aesthetic. The launch arrives as understated, warm nude tones continue to gain popularity among beauty consumers seeking wearable, low contrast makeup looks.
The Cream Nude Gloss collection will be available starting February 23 through Olive Young stores nationwide, both online and offline, as well as via rom&nd’s official online store.
