A Confident Visual Transformation

In the released images, Annie wears a form fitting black long dress that accentuates a sleek and elegant silhouette. The outfit features a sculptural high neck collar with dramatic volume, creating a bold visual statement while maintaining a restrained sense of sophistication. The styling emphasizes contrast minimalism paired with intensity allowing Annie’s expression and posture to anchor the frame.

Annie’s styling further amplified the look’s impact. Her hair was neatly pulled back into a low bun with a clean center part, drawing attention to her facial features. She completed the look with bold drop earrings, adding a touch of glamour without overwhelming the overall aesthetic. In various poses, Annie crosses her arms or rests her chin on her hand while gazing directly into the camera. Her calm yet assertive expressions conveyed confidence and control, earning praise for her ability to project a professional, model like aura despite being relatively new to the entertainment industry.

A Background That Draws Attention

Annie is widely known as the granddaughter of Lee Myung-hee, honorary chairwoman of Shinsegae Group, and the eldest daughter of Shinsegae Chairwoman Chung Yoo-kyung. As a member of one of Korea’s most prominent business families, her entry into the entertainment industry has drawn considerable public interest.

Despite her background, Annie made an unconventional choice by debuting as an idol. In June of last year, she officially entered the music scene as a member of Allday Project with the group’s debut single ‘FAMOUS.’ Her decision to pursue a career in music marked a rare move among heirs of major conglomerate families and positioned her as a unique figure within the K-pop landscape.

Balancing Music and Academia

In addition to her activities as an artist, Annie is currently enrolled at Columbia University in the United States. After recently completing a leave of absence, she returned to her studies and has shared plans to balance her academic commitments with her entertainment career.
