The short Instagram post from 2NE1’s Park Bom is making waves online after she mentioned the ADHD medication Adderall and included an unverified accusation that involves fellow member Sandara Park. Shortly after, it was confirmed that Sandara Park’s contract with Abyss Company has expired, leaving no active agency to immediately comment on the situation.

On March 3, 2026, Park Bom uploaded a handwritten letter on Instagram saying she wanted to share “the truth,” adding that she is “not sick” and has been doing well. In the letter she mentioned that she has ADHD and then brought up Adderall, writing that it “isn’t a drug”.
In the same post, she included a claim involving Sandara Park and also naming several YG Entertainment related figures. The post has since been deleted.
This isn’t just another celebrity social post. It’s drawing interest for two reasons:
Adderall is widely known internationally as a prescription medication for ADHD, but it’s also treated as a controlled substance in many countries and can become controversial if it is handled improperly.
Park Bom’s mention of Adderall stands out because she previously faced public criticism over bringing the medication into Korea without receiving the typical approval process. At the time, authorities concluded it was for treatment purposes and did not proceed with prosecution.
That history is why even a short reference to Adderall can instantly re draw attention especially when it appears in a post framed as a “truth” statement.
A representative from Abyss Company, Sandara Park’s former agency, told media outlets they are unable to confirm an official position because Sandara Park’s contract has already ended.
Why that detail matters? When an artist is between contracts, there’s often no clear channel for immediate clarification, which can allow speculation and gossip to spread faster than verified information.

Park Bom has been on a break from activities since August 2025 due to health related reasons. At the time, her agency D-Nation Entertainment stated that medical professionals advised she needed sufficient rest and stability.
Her latest letter, where she says she is doing well, is being read by many as a personal attempt to address ongoing concern although the deleted accusations are what amplified the story.
At this stage, the accusation in Park Bom’s deleted post remains unverified, and no independent confirmation has been presented publicly.
