For i-dle , the night in Taipei meant more than just another stop on tour.
The K-pop group fulffilled a personal promise made during their previous visit. They performed in front of 36,000 fans at Taipei Dome on March 7, turning the massive venue into one of the most memorable moments of their ongoing “2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation]” together with their fans.

The concert setlist had many of the group’s popular songs such as “Nxde” , “Lion” and many more including solo performances during the show. But what stood out during the concert was when the group performed “Girlfriend” a song not included in the previous show in Seoul.
For the Taiwanese fans it also came as a surprise event when the girls delivered a special cover performance of “Wu Mian” by Taiwanese band Sodagreen which turned the whole stadium in a sing along concert.
The concert held particular significance for member Shuhua, who is from Taiwan. Performing in her home country in front of tens of thousands of fans added an emotional dimension to the event, with many fans noting the moment online as a highlight of the tour. For international fans following the group’s global schedule, the show demonstrated how strongly i-dle’s popularity continues to grow across Asia.
After the concert, the members shared that they were happy to finally perform at Taipei Dome, a goal they had mentioned during earlier tours. They thanked fans for their support and said they would continue focusing on music and performances in the future.
(G)I-DLE will continue their “Syncopation” world tour on March 21 in Bangkok at Impact Arena, where another large crowd is expected as the tour moves across Asia.
For the group, the Taipei show may mark more than just another concert date. It signals how far the group’s global reach has grown and why their world tour is drawing increasing attention from fans around the region.
