BTS, 'SWIM' enters Billboard Hot 100 for 17 consecutive weeks... Fifth studio album 'ARIRANG' ranks 26th

BTS continues to achieve long-term success on the Billboard charts. The fifth full-length album ’ARIRANG’ ranked 26th on the U.S. Billboard main album chart ’Billboard 200’ as of the July 25 issue. The title track ’SWIM’ entered the main singles chart ’Hot 100’ at number 100, marking its 17th consecutive week on the chart. With this, ’SWIM’ tied the record of 17 consecutive weeks on the ’Hot 100’ set by the collaboration between BTS and Coldplay, ’My Universe.’ On the ’Global (excluding U.S.)’ chart, ’SWIM’ maintained the 2nd position for 7 consecutive weeks and remained in the top 5 for 17 consecutive weeks. The song achieved its 8th overall number 1 on the June 6 chart, setting the record for the most number 1s among songs released in 2026, tying with BTS’s ’Dynamite’ for the team’s most number 1s. Among the album tracks, eight songs including ’Body to Body’ (87th), ’2.0’ (92nd), ’Hooligan’ (96th), ’FYA’ (154th), ’NORMAL’ (156th), ’Like Animals’ (181st), and ’they don’t know ’bout us’ (182nd) entered the ’Global (excluding U.S.)’ chart. Among them, ’NORMAL’ rose 8 spots compared to the previous week. On the 17th, BTS released additional versions of ’NORMAL,’ including a Korean version and an instrumental version. The new song ’Come Over’ ranked 170th on the ’Global 200’ and 94th on the ’Global (excluding U.S.)’ chart, marking its 5th consecutive week on both charts. On detailed charts, ’SWIM’ ranked 19th on ’Adult Contemporary,’ and the album ’ARIRANG’ ranked 12th on ’Top Album Sales,’ 38th on ’Top Streaming Albums,’ and 19th on ’Vinyl Albums.’ Meanwhile, on the 19th (local time), BTS appeared as a co-headliner at the halftime show of the 2026 FIFA North and Central America World Cup final held in New Jersey, USA, performing ’Dynamite.’ Madonna, Shakira, and Justin Bieber also performed at the event.
