KCM and his eldest daughter Suyeon were shown spending a special day together on episode 630 of the KBS 2TV variety show ″The Return of Superman.″ KCM prepared a ″Kang Suyeon Day,″ enjoying a date with his daughter by talking while overlooking the Han River and having a caricature drawn in Hongdae. On the show, KCM expressed his consideration for his daughter, saying, ″My eldest daughter doesn’t like to be the center of attention, so I was very worried when she appeared on the show for the first time.″ That day, when KCM asked Suyeon, ″Have you ever felt hurt by me in the past 15 years?″ she honestly shared her feelings about not being well known to the public despite being the eldest daughter after her younger sister Seoyeon appeared on the show first. Suyeon said, ″When people didn’t know me and only knew Seoyeon,″ adding, ″There were probably people who thought, ’Seoyeon is the eldest,’ or ’She was born as Dad’s first daughter.’ I felt a little upset because I thought, ’Actually, I’m the eldest.’″ She also shared the reactions around her after it became known that she is KCM’s daughter, saying, ″Many friends were very concerned after the broadcast.″ KCM and Suyeon showed a playful father-daughter chemistry even while on the move. They legally became a married couple through a marriage registration in 2021. Afterwards, they had their second daughter Seoyeon in 2022 and their third son Haon last year.
