Song Kang and Lee Jun-young star in 'Four Hands,' premiering August 29... Depicts the growth of music and youth

tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama ″Four Hands″ is confirmed to premiere on August 29. This drama is set in an arts high school and stars Song Kang and Lee Jun-young as pianists, depicting the friendship, love, competition, and growth of youth. Song Kang plays Kang Bi-o, a perfectionist who never falls short of the top in both academics and piano performance. He is a diligent character who practices until his fingers are blistered every day, living a restrained life by insisting only on the orthodox way. Kang Bi-o’s world changes with the arrival of transfer student Choi Jung-yo (played by Lee Jun-young). Choi Jung-yo breaks the discipline Kang Bi-o has built with his unconventional and shocking performances. The released seventeen posters feature the two wearing the Korean Arts High School uniforms, leaning on each other’s backs and smiling. The poster’s tagline reads, ″The moment the notes touch, a brilliantly completed harmony.″ The contrasting personalities of Kang Bi-o and Choi Jung-yo are also captured. Two types of second teaser videos were also released. The first teaser depicts Kang Bi-o, who suffers from family recognition and his mother’s pressure despite winning the grand prize at a world junior competition. Choi Jung-yo, a connection from a childhood competition, reappears before Kang Bi-o and awakens the pure joy of music. Kang Bi-o confesses, ″Now I want to find a way to play music happily.″ The second teaser reveals Choi Jung-yo’s painful past, where he had to give up music due to poverty and other reasons. He challenges the path of a pianist again, using Kang Bi-o as his milestone. ″Four Hands″ portrays the stories of youth unfolding at an arts high school filled with musical geniuses and will air on August 29 at 9:10 PM.
