Lim Young Woong American fan Mrs. Suh donates $2,000 to the Seungil Hope Foundation on the 10th anniversary of debut

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Lim Young Woong’s debut, Ms. Taylor Su, a fan residing in the United States, donated $2,000 USD (approximately 2.9 million KRW) to the Seungil Hope Foundation, a domestic organization supporting ALS patients. Ms. Su made this donation to celebrate Lim Young Woong’s 10th debut anniversary and to join in the positive influence he has shown. Since 2022, she has consistently donated between $1,000 and $2,000 USD on commemorative occasions such as Lim Young Woong’s birthday and debut anniversary. Including this donation, her total contributions to the Seungil Hope Foundation and others have exceeded $34,000 USD (approximately 49.3 million KRW). Ms. Su, who suffers from multiple illnesses, is reportedly experiencing repeated hospital admissions due to recent health deterioration. Despite her battle, she endures pain and loneliness by listening to and recording herself singing Lim Young Woong’s songs. Ms. Su shared, ″Thanks to Lim Young Woong’s songs, I gain strength, and because of the energy he gives me, I am able to live a life of ’extra grace.’″ The Lim Young Woong fan club ’Hero Era’ expressed deep respect, saying, ″Even while suffering from illness, she puts others’ pain before her own.″ They added, ″We sincerely pray and support her to never lose her bright smile and to recover her health as soon as possible.″
