Choi Won-young revealed his experience participating in a spacing-out competition on ’Radio Star.’ MBC entertainment show ’Radio Star’ aired on the 5th with the special episode ″’Fᅢshion and Pᅢshion, I am so hip~,’″ featuring Choi Won-young, Lee Tae-ran, Bada, and Cortis Martin. Choi Won-young mentioned that he took part in a spacing-out competition, explaining that the event has a 12-year history and is a credible competition. He said, ″They come to check the heart rate every 15 to 20 minutes. They look at how low you can keep your heart rate.″ He also added that citizens vote on-site and performance scores are combined. Participants enter the competition wearing outfits that reflect their own meaning or philosophy, and he chose the concept of ″the hardships of office workers.″ Choi Won-young said he placed second among 70 participants and mentioned that the competition is an international event with foreign participants. He focused on spacing out for an hour and a half. During the broadcast, Yoo Se-yoon asked Choi Won-young, ″Did you make the news for hitting someone?″ and Choi Won-young replied, ″I spaced out. I participated in a spacing-out competition.″
