Stray Kids tops Billboard 200 with 'THIS & THAT'... Sets new record for most No. 1s by a group in the 21st century

Stray Kids topped the US Billboard 200 chart with their new mini-album ’THIS & THAT,’ becoming the artist with the most number-one albums among 21st-century pop groups. Stray Kids first entered the Billboard 200 at number one with ’ODDINARY’ on April 2, 2022, and consecutively topped the chart with nine albums over 1,604 days until ’THIS & THAT’ on August 22, 2026. During this period, Stray Kids is the only artist worldwide to achieve nine consecutive number-one entries. The group with the most number-one albums on this chart is The Beatles (19), and Stray Kids holds the record for the most number-one albums among 21st-century groups, second only to The Beatles. They are also the artist to have achieved nine number-one albums in the shortest time since The Beatles. The title track ″This & That″ from the new album ’THIS & THAT’ reached number 38 on the Billboard Hot 100, setting a new personal best for Stray Kids. The album sold 369,000 units in its first week of release in the US, achieving their highest sales to date. Even before this album’s release, Stray Kids continued their record by topping the Billboard 200 with ’SKZHOP HIPTAPE Collection (HOP),’ their fourth full-length album ’KARMA,’ and ’SKZ IT TAPE DO IT.’ Stray Kids’ in-house producing unit 3RACHA, consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, along with other members, have participated in every album’s production. From their pre-debut track ″Hellevator″ to their latest albums, the members have dedicated themselves to self-production, building a unique musical identity. They expanded their global influence by successfully completing their largest world tour to date, the 2025 ’Stray Kids World Tour ’Dominate’.’ They headlined major global festivals such as Lollapalooza Paris, i-Days, British Summer Time Hyde Park, Lollapalooza Chicago, and The Governors Ball Music Festival. At the album release press conference, Stray Kids said, ″We are still hungry. We have a strong desire to personally reach out to STAYs (our fandom) around the world who have never met us before, and we believe this feeling will continue going forward.″ In September, they are scheduled to perform at the new festival ’STRAYCITY’ held in major South American cities including Brazil’s Rock in Rio, Bogotá in Colombia, Buenos Aires in Argentina, and Mexico City in Mexico.
