Son Na-eun cast as the lead in MBC's new drama "A Dog Flower Lives in the Palace"... cast as Empress "An Haewon"

Son Na-eun will star as the lead in the MBC drama ″There Are Dog Flowers in the Palace.″ ″There Are Dog Flowers in the Palace″ is based on the 2007 web novel of the same name by writer Yoon Tae-roo and is set in a fictional Goryeo dynasty era. The story depicts a love quadrangle involving a creative female protagonist, an emperor caught in a dilemma of whether to love her or not, and the relationships surrounding them. Son Na-eun will play the role of An Hae-won. An Hae-won is inherently kind, wise, benevolent, and broad-minded, with a strong will who hides her own pain while sharing the pain of others. She is a character that embodies the noble nature of the empress. The drama is written by writer Lee Hyang-hee and directed by Jung Ji-hyun. It is scheduled to air on MBC next year. Meanwhile, Son Na-eun chose ″There Are Dog Flowers in the Palace″ as her next project immediately after the conclusion of SBS’s ″Chief Kim.″
