Yook Joong-wan appeared as a special MC on KBS2’s ″The Manager″ and revealed his past experience of receiving a building purchase offer. On the show, Yook Joong-wan said that around the time he was getting married, the landlord of the rooftop room he used to live in offered him to buy the building. He stated that the amount proposed at the time was 850 million won. Yook Joong-wan said he gave up on the purchase due to fear of loans. Jun Hyun-moo explained that the building was located at the entrance of Mangwon-dong, the so-called starting point of ″Mangridan-gil.″ He added that the name ″Mangridan-gil″ did not exist back then, and it was just when Mangwon Market was beginning to gain attention.
