Jungkook's 'Seven' enters the Billboard Global chart for 163 weeks... First and longest record for an Asian solo artist

Jungkook set a record by entering the Billboard Global (Excluding U.S.) chart for 163 consecutive weeks with his solo debut song ″Seven.″ On the Billboard Global (Excluding U.S.) chart released on September 5, ″Seven″ ranked 196th. This achievement marks the first and longest chart entry period for any Asian group or solo artist song. Jungkook’s ″Seven″ also appeared on the Billboard Korea Global K-Songs chart for 40 consecutive weeks, ranking 21st on the September 5 chart. On the same chart, ″Standing Next To You″ ranked 79th and ″3D″ ranked 93rd, both marking their 40th week on the chart. Additionally, ″Seven″ debuted at number one on the Billboard main singles chart, the Hot 100, and remained there for 15 weeks. Jungkook’s first solo album, GOLDEN, charted on Spotify for 147 weeks, the first and longest period for an Asian solo artist’s album, and surpassed 7.4 billion cumulative streams for an Asian artist’s full-length album.
