Seventeen member Hoshi has sustained a knee injury during his military service and will be unable to attend the scheduled events. Hoshi recently injured his knee while practicing with the Army Taekwondo Demonstration Team as part of the Ground Forces Performance Team. After a detailed examination, he was diagnosed with a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament. As a result, Hoshi will not be able to participate in the Taekwondo Demonstration Team events and the Ground Forces Festival stage. On the 12th, through the fan communication platform Weverse, Hoshi said, ″These were stages I had really been looking forward to and preparing hard for, so I am very disappointed that I cannot be there, and I also feel very sorry to the CARATs who have been waiting.″ He added, ″Although I cannot be with you, please give lots of support to the Taekwondo Demonstration Team and Jihoon who will be performing with the Ground Forces Performance Team.″ He also stated, ″I will receive treatment well and focus on recovery to return healthy as soon as possible.
