NMIXX, October 19th comeback with 'Strange Muse'... 6 tracks including unit songs released

NMIXX announced their comeback by releasing various teasing content. Their agency, JYP Entertainment, revealed a scheduler image on the 22nd ahead of the release of NMIXX’s sixth mini album, ″Strange Muse.″ According to the released schedule, NMIXX will sequentially present a motion poster on September 23, an album trailer on the 28th, concept photos on the 29th and 30th, an acapella highlight medley on October 11, an original highlight medley on the 15th, and a music video teaser for the title track ″Birthday Wish″ on the 18th. On the comeback day, the 19th, the mini album and the title track’s music video will be officially released at 6 p.m. along with a countdown live. The new album ″Strange Muse″ includes a total of six songs: the title track ″Birthday Wish,″ ″Kerosene,″ ″RudE TaLK,″ ″Sing to the Moon (LILY, HAEWON),″ ″Hot ’n Unbothered (SULLYOON, BAE),″ and ″WHIP (JIWOO, KYUJIN).″ It is reported that all six members—LILY, HAEWON, SULLYOON, BAE, JIWOO, and KYUJIN—participated directly in the unit song production for the first time since their debut. NMIXX, who won the digital song grand prize for ″Blue Valentine″ at the ″2026 The Fact Music Awards″ held on the 19th, will release new work about five months after their fifth mini album ″Heavy Serenade.″ NMIXX’s new mini album ″Strange Muse″ will be officially released on the 19th of next month.
