PLAVE sweeps the top 5 on Melon, Genie, and Bugs with 'HYPERDRIVE'... dominates major domestic music charts

PLAVE achieved remarkable success by placing all tracks from their fifth mini-album, HYPERDRIVE, in the top ranks of major domestic music charts. The mini-album was released on the 12th at 6 PM through various music platforms and includes five songs spanning diverse genres such as EDM-based dance pop, bossa nova, rock, pop, and R&B pop. PLAVE expanded their musical spectrum by interpreting each genre with their unique style. As of midnight on the 13th, all tracks including the title song Star Trace, Kkun, Rain on the Blue Sky, The Answer Is Yes, and Rewind ranked consecutively from first to fifth on the Melon TOP100 chart. All five new songs also entered the TOP5 on Genie and Bugs, achieving an all-kill across the three major domestic music platforms. The title track Star Trace features EDM sounds and a heavy beat and was pre-released during their world tour performances. The song expresses a vast spatial feeling through layered synths and beats, and its lyrics about cosmic love and trust depict the connection between PLAVE and their fans, called Asterum and Terra. PLAVE will continue their global activities through their first world tour, KEEP IT MANIC. After completing their Korean concerts, they will perform in Singapore on October 17, Taipei on October 23 and 24, Macau on October 31 and November 1, and Los Angeles on November 14.
