ALLDAY PROJECT offers custom non-alcoholic cocktails at the Zero Waste Lounge

A special event was held by ALLDAY PROJECT’s side project ’ZEROJECT’ to provide non-alcoholic cocktails and zero-sugar desserts for Double Black Label employees. For this project, the ’Zero Waste Lounge’ was opened for employees working late, where non-alcoholic cocktails tailored to each employee’s preferences were made and served on the spot. Various zero-sugar products were used as cocktail ingredients, including zero-sugar beverages, zero liqueurs, energy drinks, fruits, and Almond Breeze chocolate flavor. The desserts were also prepared using zero-sugar and gluten-free products. During the event preparation, cocktail recipes were not predetermined but created on the spot by combining ingredients according to each guest’s request. The first guest was served a cocktail made with tomato juice, lemon, and hot sauce, while the second guest received a customized drink emphasizing freshness and energy. Various attempts continued, including cocktails using banana and Almond Breeze chocolate flavor. Participants showed thoughtful consideration for the employees by surveying guests’ preferences and placing personalized gifts on each desk. Employees who attended the event expressed satisfaction with the drinks and desserts provided, and some even recommended trying to follow the cocktail recipes made during the event. After the event, the organizer announced plans to open the Zero Lounge occasionally for employees working late in the future. They also shared their feelings, saying, ″I felt proud seeing employees gain strength from drinking the beverages while working late.″
