Seven new concept images expand her debut album’s visual world, while a dating-show-inspired teaser brings all four ITZY bandmates into the preparations.
Chaeryeong is introducing another side of Lovesick, pairing silver-wing accessories and intimate, selfie-style compositions with the cooler intensity of blue-lit portraits. JYP Entertainment released seven additional concept photos at midnight on October 28, continuing the visual rollout for the ITZY member’s first solo mini-album ahead of its November 9 release.
The new photographs follow the first concept images unveiled on October 26 and arrive as Chaeryeong builds a campaign that moves between atmospheric visuals and playful storytelling. Alongside a book-like trailer film, a dating-show-inspired short-form series featuring her ITZY bandmates has added a lighter, more conversational element to the introduction of her solo project.

The latest images move between warm and cool palettes, using different lighting and camera perspectives to change the mood around Chaeryeong. Silver-wing accessories introduce a fantastical detail, while compositions resembling self-portraits bring the camera closer, giving parts of the collection a more personal feel.
Elsewhere, blue lighting and a steady gaze create a more composed, intense impression. The variation allows the photos to present several sides of the same artist, shifting from an almost candid perspective to a more deliberately staged portrait without depending on a single expression or setting.
For a debut project, those choices help establish an individual visual identity before listeners hear the complete album. The photographs offer another piece of the Lovesick introduction, joining the trailer and earlier images while leaving the songs themselves to reveal how those moods connect musically.
Chaeryeong’s solo preparations have also made room for her group’s familiar chemistry through “러브시크널,” a short-form video concept modeled on a dating reality show. Yeji, Lia, Ryujin and Yuna appear in the content to support her, placing all four bandmates around a project that otherwise centers on Chaeryeong alone.
The format gives the campaign a different energy from the concept photographs, allowing personality and playful situations to accompany the more atmospheric imagery. Korean coverage has described Chaeryeong as having the look of a dating-show participant, a lighthearted observation that the teaser turns into part of its premise.
That combination makes the rollout broader than a sequence of portraits, with the members’ participation bringing a recognizable ITZY dynamic into the solo introduction. It also gives fans a way to engage with Chaeryeong’s presence beyond the musical and photographic material released so far.

Fans have already seen Chaeryeong carry performances on her own through ITZY fan-meeting covers of Gain’s “Bloom” and Sunmi’s “Full Moon.” Those appearances provide a performance reference ahead of Lovesick, although the new album will introduce her through her own material rather than another artist’s repertoire.
The mini-album contains four tracks: “Lovesick,” “Moonlit Club,” “Scent” and “Favorite Reason.” Chaeryeong contributed to the lyrics of “Favorite Reason,” adding a writing credit to the final track as she prepares a release that combines music, performance and a visual campaign under her own name.
The title track shares the album’s name and will lead the debut activities, while the remaining songs will give listeners a fuller introduction to the project. The latest photo announcement does not specify the sound of each track, making the songwriting contribution and complete four-song lineup the clearest musical details confirmed in this update.
Chaeryeong will release the Lovesick mini-album and its title track on November 9 at 6 p.m. KST, with a countdown live scheduled for 5 p.m. that day. The broadcast will begin one hour before the music arrives, giving fans a shared lead-in to the release after the sequence of trailers, short-form videos and concept photographs.
Editor’s Note: Chaeryeong has previously released an individual song within ITZY’s group discography. “Mine (Chaeryeong)” appears on BORN TO BE, released January 8, 2024, according to JYP Entertainment’s official album listing. Lovesick marks her formal solo album debut, building on that earlier opportunity to perform a song of her own.
