'Friday is Gold Day' Cheon Rok Dam ranks first with 9 golden stars... Kim Taeyeon receives a gold medal

On the 43rd episode of TV CHOSUN’s variety show ″Golden Friday,″ Chun Gil changed the competition for the Golden Cup by stealing Kim Yong Bin’s golden star through the roulette of fate. In this episode, emotional trot master Kim Sang-bae appeared as the Golden Star and competed in a singing battle with the TOP10. After receiving a perfect score of 100 for Kim Sang-bae’s ″Good Man,″ Chun Gil spun the roulette and landed on ″Swap,″ targeting Kim Yong Bin. As a result, Chun Gil regained 8 golden stars, while Kim Yong Bin’s count dropped to 6. Although Kim Yong Bin defeated Oh Yoo-jin in the final match and added 2 golden stars, they failed to achieve a perfect score and did not get a chance to spin the roulette. Meanwhile, Son Bin Ah defeated Seo Joo Jung, and Cheon Rok Dam overcame Megi Singer Kim Sung-hwan, securing victories respectively. Cheon Rok Dam took the solo lead with 9 golden stars, and Kim Taeyeon also won the golden medal by defeating Nam Seung-min and Yang Ji Eun. Ultimately, Cheon Rok Dam maintained first place with 9 golden stars, followed by Kim Yong Bin and Chun Gil, each with 8 stars. The broadcast recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 3.9%, with a peak of 4.3%, ranking first among daily viewership ratings for general programming and cable shows. Next week, with the appearance of Song Ga-In, the final winner of the Golden Cup Chapter 3 will be revealed.
