KiiiKii Jiyu, BoA reveal cover of 'Atlantis Girl'... Focus on vocals

The group KiiiKii, to which Jiyu belongs, recently held their first fan concert in Japan, ’KiiiKiii FesTiiival JAPAN Edition,’ successfully. They communicate with fans every Friday through their own content ’KiiiKii PangPang,’ showcasing their cheerful entertainment skills. Starship Entertainment released a cover video of BoA’s ’Atlantis Princess’ sung by Jiyu on the official KiiiKii YouTube channel on the 31st of last month. In the video, Jiyu calmly continues singing in a space decorated with fresh plants, interpreting the song with her unique clear tone and stable vocal skills. Instead of the original song’s lively and dynamic atmosphere, she showed deep emotional expression through an arrangement that added a lyrical and dreamy sensibility. The composition focused solely on vocals without performance, highlighting Jiyu’s tone and expressiveness. Jiyu is active not only in music but also in various fields. She appeared on music shows as a special MC, demonstrated clever play and surprising charm in Netflix’s brain survival show ’Death Game 2: The Last Winner,’ and transformed into a daily weathercaster on JTBC’s ’Morning&,’ showing her presence in many areas.
