Seung Chul Lee·Wooz reveals a wealthy-like connection on 'Knowing Bros'... presents a tribute song as a gift

Seung Chul Lee and Woozy appeared together on episode 549 of JTBC variety show ″Knowing Bros″ and revealed their special connection. Seung Chul Lee described their relationship with Woozy, saying, ″(Woozy) personally calls me father, and I call him son,″ highlighting their close bond. Woozy shared that his father was born in 1966, the same year as Seung Chul Lee, and that his father was a fan of Seung Chul Lee. After his father passed away early, their connection began when Woozy helped with Seung Chul Lee’s 40th anniversary album following his military discharge. Woozy said, ″I wanted to write a song for him, so I did, and while talking casually, Seungchul told me, ’Call me father.’″ Seung Chul Lee added that he teared up when Woozy called him ″father.″ Woozy’s father passed away in the Philippines, and Woozy revealed on tvN’s ″You Quiz on the Block″ that he did not know the cause of his father’s death, but after cremation locally, he brought his ashes back in an urn. Seung Chul Lee is currently working on a tribute duet project celebrating his 40 years in music, and Woozy gifted a pre-released tribute song, ″Our Story,″ as part of the project. At a listening party last September, Woozy said, ″I think my father would be really envious of this moment right now.″
