The photo captured the family dining together to celebrate the leave of their eldest son, who is serving in the military, and Shiva also revealed his recent status after a long time. Following the photo release, articles and comments about Shiva’s appearance changes and past health issues continued mainly on some online communities and media outlets. Shiva had previously confessed to suffering from social anxiety disorder and panic disorder, and in November last year, he revealed that he takes medication when going to crowded places or performances before going on stage. He asked people to focus on his music and sincerity rather than his appearance or prejudices, saying music is not just a dream but healing and a language. In August, he announced that he had started a part-time job, working four days a week, seven hours a day, while continuing his music work in his remaining time.
