Juni reveals live performance and new song 'Heaven Can Wait' on KBS 'Gayo Plaza,' announces world tour stop in Tokyo

JUNNY appeared on KBS Cool FM’s ″Paul Kim’s Gayo Plaza″ on the 10th, delivering a live performance and sharing various music stories. During the broadcast, JUNNY revealed that his single ″Heaven Can Wait,″ released last June, embodies the Quiet Luxury sensibility. He explained, ″While working on the song, I wanted to understand subtle sophistication better, so I studied by visiting fine dining restaurants and art galleries. It’s a song that can bring coolness during the hot summer.″ He also mentioned that ″Heaven Can Wait″ shares its title with a famous Michael Jackson song, saying, ″I felt it was fate.″ JUNNY learned to dance himself for the music video shoot, with dancer Noze helping him adjust movements and angles. He added, ″I hypnotized myself and worked really hard.″ On the day, JUNNY performed ″Heaven Can Wait″ live, showcasing a unique charm to listeners through his stylish yet sweet voice and performance. DJ Paul Kim admired, ″You seem like someone who originally danced. I thought you were a trainee.″ JUNNY announced his promotion to a full member of the Korea Music Copyright Association for 2026 and shared that he is currently working on a new album. He also participated in various segments, including introducing listener stories and spontaneously singing recommended songs suitable for summer. Meanwhile, JUNNY is conducting a large-scale world tour based on his second full-length album ″null,″ released last year, touring Australia, Europe, North America, and Asia. He completed his first solo concert in Korea in Seoul last June and plans to continue the tour in three South American cities in August and Tokyo, Japan, on September 27.
