Lim Young Woong donates 200 million won for relief of flood victims in the southern region... reaching a total of 2.7 billion won

Lim Young Woong recently donated 200 million won to victims affected by the heavy rains in the southern region. The Community Chest of Korea announced on the 24th that Lim Young Woong, along with their agency Fish Music, donated 200 million won in the name of the fan club ’Hero Era’ to help residents affected by the heavy rains in southern areas such as Geoje and Tongyeong, Gyeongnam. The donation will be used for emergency relief for victims, temporary housing support, damage recovery, and restoration of daily life. Since 2021, Lim Young Woong has consistently donated on birthdays, holidays, and during various disasters. The total amount donated through the Community Chest of Korea, including this contribution, reaches 2.5 billion won. On this year’s birthday, Lim Young Woong personally delivered 200 million won to Korea University Medical Center for the treatment of low-income and vulnerable patients, bringing the total cumulative donation amount to approximately 2.7 billion won. Meanwhile, the fan club ’Hero Era’ has also actively participated in charitable activities alongside Lim Young Woong. Last year, during the large-scale wildfire in the Yeongnam region, the fan club raised and donated 600 million won, and donations from fans continue in the Geoje area as well. Lim Young Woong will celebrate their 10th debut anniversary by holding a solo concert, ’IM HERO - THE STADIUM 2,’ at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Gyeonggi from September 4 to 6. Additionally, a special digital album titled ’IM HERO 10’ will be released on September 8.
