Stray Kids member Lee Know was reported to have fallen multiple times on stage during the world tour ″Run It″ performance held at MUFG Stadium in Tokyo, Japan, and received medical treatment. During the same performance, Bang Chan also fell and sustained a bleeding injury on his arm, and scenes of Changbin and Felix slipping were captured. During the performances held on the 29th and 30th, Lee Know slipped badly while performing the ″Ceremony″ stage due to water remaining on the stage from rain, and fell again during the ″Run It″ stage. Fans’ cameras captured Lee Know losing his balance and falling on the slippery floor, and hesitating for a while after getting up. After the first day’s performance, Lee Know communicated through a fan platform, saying, ″I went to the hospital,″ and added, ″I think I’ll be fine after sleeping.″ He returned to the stage again for the second performance at 5 p.m. on the 30th.
