In 2024, he moved from the Hyundai Apartment in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where he had lived for 15 years, to a penthouse at Brighton N40 in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu. The purchase price was 8.6657 billion won, reportedly paid entirely in cash.
