Actress Oh Hyun-kyung revealed recent updates about her daughter Chaeryeong, who has studied abroad in Boston, USA for over 10 years, through the tvN STORY variety show ″What’s the Point of Leaving It Behind.″ On the show, Oh Hyun-kyung shared that her daughter had watched her work hard since she was young, and despite their modest circumstances, she supported her studying abroad in the United States. Lee Il-hwa mentioned that Oh Hyun-kyung balanced drama filming and parenting while helping her daughter graduate. Chaeryeong lived by working part-time during her studies and recently graduated from Tufts University in Boston. Although her daughter hoped to attend graduate school, Oh Hyun-kyung honestly conveyed that further financial support for studying abroad was difficult. In response, Chaeryeong expressed her intention to work and save money herself to attend graduate school. Oh Hyun-kyung said, ″My daughter said, ’Then I will earn money and go to graduate school.’ She is currently working.″ Thinking about her daughter living alone far away for a long time, Oh Hyun-kyung expressed her regret. She said, ″It must have been very hard being alone.
