Stray Kids set a new record as the 21st-century group with the most consecutive No. 1s on the US Billboard main album chart, the Billboard 200, by achieving nine consecutive No. 1 albums. They also recorded their highest position on the main singles chart, the Hot 100. According to the August 22 chart announced by Billboard on the 17th (local time), Stray Kids topped the Billboard 200 with their mini-album ″This Is Not That,″ released on the 7th. This marked their ninth consecutive No. 1 entry since the 2022 mini-album ″Oddinary.″ Stray Kids established themselves as the group with the most No. 1 albums on this chart in the 21st century. The album recorded a total of 369,000 units in its first week in the US, combining 357,000 album sales, 11,000 SEA, and 1,000 TEA. This figure represents a 25% increase compared to their previous release and is their highest sales record locally. Among all artists in the 2020s, they tied with Taylor Swift for the most No. 1 albums, and among groups in history, they matched The Rolling Stones as the fastest to achieve nine No. 1 albums since The Beatles. This is 11 spots higher than the No. 49 peak of ″Chill Chill Boom″ in August 2024, marking the group’s highest position on the chart. With this, Stray Kids now have six songs that have entered the Hot 100, including ″Ceremony″ (No. 52), ″Do It″ (No. 68), ″La La La La″ (No. 90), and ″Lose My Breath″ (No. 90).
